The coaches are amazing! They make an effort to understand you and your food/fitness trends. They even helped me figure out what my fitness goal should be. I’ve even started incorporating portion control quite easily in my diet, something I never thought I would be able to do.
The best part of the program for me, were the live classes. I loved that there were choices and the coaches were approachable. It was scary in the beginning to keep up with the class, but with the coach’s ‘Come on Shruti’, exercises became easier.
